Fledermaus designs transfered — Madis Nurms

From October 18th - 24th Madis Nurms was in Bulgaria, transfering the designs of "Die Fledermaus" to the workshops of Burgas Opera Theatre.

Die Fledermaus will have it's premiere on the January 29th in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The production is mounted by Stichting Internationale Opera Producties and will be played in 22 different locations in the Netherlands and Belgium, including DeLaMar Theater in Amsterdam, nieuwe Luxor Theater in Rotterdam, Koninklijke Schouwburg in Haag, Capitole in Gent etc. Exact playbill can be found here >>

Opera will be directed by internationally acknowledged Dutch stage director Hans Nieuwenhuis, musical director of the production is Erki Pehk, lighting designer Trui Malten and the video projections will be realized by Marian Tarczynski. Main roles will be sung by Martina Prins, Selma Harkink , Dorine Mortelmans, Shawnette Sulker, Dieter Goffing, Pierre Mak and Rein Kolpa.

The set and costumes are made in cooperation with the Burgas Opera Theatre from Bulgaria.
